TERMS OF USE / POLICIES
AUTOSCHEDULER BOOKINGS
To ensure we are able to accommodate schedules we have an online auto booking option available. Any bookings placed on our autoscheduler DO NOT guarantee appointment availability. We do our best to accommodate schedules, yet will reach out via phone if rescheduling is needed.
ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
We love friends and family, yet at the salon/spa we want the focus to be on you! We ask that additional guests not attend appointments. We LOVE children, yet we kindly ask you to leave them at home unless we are providing a service for them.
CANCELLATION/SAME DAY RESCHEDULE
We understand there are emergencies or schedule changes, yet if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours of your appointment we do charge a 50% service fee.
We love all of our guests to attend appointments, yet to ensure our staff are paid for the time reserved we do charge a 100% appointment fee if a no show occurs.
NO-SHOWS POLICY
When an appointment is missed without prior notification, it significantly impacts our team and their schedule. As such, if you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, we will charge a 100% appointment fee. This ensures that our staff is fairly compensated for their reserved time and helps us maintain our commitment to providing high-quality service to all clients.
ADJUSTMENT, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Services: We offer complimentary adjustments within seven days of your initial appointment, if the application error was at our fault. Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically provided as in-store credit.
Products: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Opened or used products may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Refund Processing: Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days.
PHOTOGRAPHY and MEDIA USE
At La Belle Vie Salon & Spa, we occasionally capture photos and videos of our clients before, during, or after their services for use in our marketing and promotional materials, including social media. By booking a service with us, you consent to the use of such media. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform your service provider before your appointment begins, and we will respect your wishes.
GUEST SERVICE CONSENT & LIABILITY RELEASE
At La Belle Vie Salon & Spa, we strive to deliver exceptional service while ensuring your safety and satisfaction. By receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You release Belle Salon Studio and its employees from any liability for potential damage that may occur to your clothing, hair, skin, or nails during your visit.
- You understand that you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns with a licensed professional who is knowledgeable about the precautions and procedures of each service provided.
- You acknowledge that due to certain health conditions or contraindications, some services may not be suitable for you. In such cases, alternative services may be recommended.
- You understand that the results of all services are not guaranteed unless professional products purchased from La Belle Vie Salon & Spa are used as part of your at-home care routine.
Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.
PARENTAL CONSENT & LIABILITY RELEASE FOR MINOR SERVICES
At La Belle Vie Salon & Spa, we are dedicated to providing safe and professional services for all our clients, including minors. By giving your consent for your underage child to receive services at our salon, you agree to the following:
- You provide your full consent for your child to receive the requested salon services.
- You release La Belle Vie Salon & Spa and its employees from any liability for potential damage that may occur to your child’s clothing, hair, skin, or nails during the service.
- You acknowledge that you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns with a licensed professional who is fully informed about the precautions and procedures of each service provided to your child.
- You understand that due to certain health conditions or contraindications, some services may not be suitable for your child. In such cases, alternative services may be recommended.
- You acknowledge that the results of all services are not guaranteed unless professional products purchased from La Belle Vie Salon & Spa are used as part of your child’s at-home care routine.
Your consent ensures that we can provide your child with the best possible experience while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns and adjust the service as necessary. Please note that any adjustments must be related to the original service provided.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. Any promotional pricing or discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

CHEMICAL EXFOLIATION AFTERCARE
THINGS TO AVOID:
AVOID RUBBING, SCRUBBING, PICKING OR SCRATCHING. AVOID ANY FACIAL HAIR REMOVAL FOR 5-7 DAYS. AVOID MAKEUP FOR 12 HOURS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MINERAL MAKEUP.
AVOID THE FOLLOWING FOR 72 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT: AHA OR VITAMIN A ALONG WITH AVOIDING STRONG SCENTS OR EXFOLIATING PRODUCTS
POOLS & SPAS WITH CHEMICALS/CHLORINE C AS WELL AS ANY ACTIVITIES THAT CAUSE EXCESSIVE SWEAT
CONTINUED MAINTENANCE
USE 15+ SPF DAILY & DISCUSS WITH OUR ESTHETICIANS ABOUT ADDITIONAL SKIN REGIMEN.
EXTENSION HOMECARE
STYLING APPLY STYLING PRODUCTS TO DAMP HAIR. USE LOW HEAT OF 230 OR LESS FOR DRYING & STYLING. USE OILS, LEAVE-IN CONDITIONERS, & HEAT PROTECTANTS
WASHING WASH HAIR AS NEEDED WITH SALON GRADE PRODUCTS. USE SULFATE-FREE SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER.
BRUSHING BRUSH 2X DAILY & BEFORE WASHING. BRUSH FROM ENDS TO THE WEFT GENTLY. ONLY USE BRUSHES MADE FOR EXTENSIONS. BOAR & NYLON BRISTLES SMOOTH HAIR & REDUCE TANGLES.
SLEEPING BEFORE SLEEP THE HAIR MUST BE DRY & TANGLE FREE. STYLE IN LOOSE BRAIDS TO PREVENT SLEEP TANGLES. A SATIN PILLOWCASE IS RECOMMENDED.
SWIMMING PUT HAIR IN A BUN OR HIGH STYLE TO HELP AVOID CONTACT WITH SUNSCREEN OR SALTY, HARD, & CHLORINATED WATER.
LONGEVITY WITH PROPER HOME CARE, MAINTENANCE, AND SALON-GRADE PRODUCTS, HAIR LASTS 9+ MONTHS.
LASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE
THINGS TO AVOID:
AVOID WASHING YOUR EYES OR STEAMY SHOWERS FOR 24 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT. AVOID STEAM OR SWEATING FOR 24 HOURS. AVOID STRONG HEAT SUCH AS OVENS & GRILLS. AVOID RUBBING OR PULLING ON EYELASHES.
MAKEUP CARE
CLEAN EXTENSIONS DAILY WITH AN OIL-FREE CLEANSER.
ONLY USE EXTENSION-SAFE MASCARA. USE OF EYELASH CURLERS, WATERPROOF MASCARA, OR OIL-BASED MASCARAS & MAKEUP REMOVERS IS NOT RECCOMMENDED.
SCHEDULE A FILL EVERY 2-4 WEEKS.
PERMANENT WAVE/CHEMICAL STRAIGHTENER
AVOID WASHING YOUR HAIR FOR 72 HOURS & PLEASE TOUCH YOUR HAIR SPARINGLY. IT CAN BE TEMPTING PLAY WITH YOUR NEW CURLS OR WAVES, YET IT TAKES PERMING CHEMICALS ANYWHERE FROM 24-48 HOURS TO LOCK THE SHAPE IN YOUR HAIR PERMANENTLY.
USE YOUR FINGERS TO STYLE YOUR HAIR ONLY AS NECESSARY AND AVOID BRUSHING OR COMBING YOUR HAIR.
AVOID CLIPS, HAIRBANDS OR AN OTHER ACCESSORIES UNTIL WASHING AT 72 HOURS.
TEETH WHITENING AFTERCARE
STAY HYDRATED BY DRINKING WATER CONSISTENTLY FOR 2 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT. THIS WILL DECREASE SENSITIVITY.
THINGS TO AVOID:
FOOD, BEVERAGES, & TOBACCO FOR 2 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT. AVOID DARK COLORED FOOD & BEVERAGES FOR 24 HOURS.
BRUSHING BRUSH GENTLY WITH A WHITE TOOTHPASTE. AVOID BRUSHING YOUR GUMS FOR 48 HOURS.
